Elliott Hulse discusses the use of kettlebells for deloading training



and giving away a free nutrition report. He pours scorn on those who think that you shouldn’t squat below parallel and explains the secret behind his strongman training.

Jason Ferruggia gives some help on how to get started on chins and pullups by using a resistance band and lays the law down on skinny guys who aren’t eating enough to make the most of the effort they are putting in with the exercise. He rounds off with an explanation of inflammatory foods.
